Taka BD Terms & Conditions – Complete Rules for Membership and Services

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Taka BD platform (takabd.best) and all its services, applications, and related offerings. By creating an account or using our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Taka BD reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

In the event of any conflict between a Bengali version and the English version of these Terms & Conditions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

To create an account on Taka BD, the following conditions must be met:

• Members must be at least 18 years old. Registering minors or allowing them to use the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure.
• Registration requires an active Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Members are fully responsible for their own account security. We strongly advise against sharing your login credentials with anyone.

Completing KYC (identity verification) is not mandatory immediately after registration; however, it must be completed before processing large withdrawals. Uploading your National ID and a selfie typically allows verification to be completed within 1–4 hours.

Taka BD reserves the right to decline account approval for any reason. Accounts may be temporarily restricted while verification is in progress.

Before placing a bet on Taka BD, there are a few important things to know. All bets are final — once confirmed, they cannot be cancelled or changed, so please review everything carefully before submitting.

Bet Acceptance Rules:

• Bets will only be accepted if sufficient balance is available in the account.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10. Maximum limits vary by sport and market.
• Taka BD reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Taka BD is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to network issues during live betting.

If a match is cancelled or incomplete:

• If a match is cancelled before sufficient play has occurred, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a match is suspended after partial play and an official result has been declared, settlement will be based on that result.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that leg is removed and the remaining odds are recalculated accordingly.

Bet Types & Limits:

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Taka BD:

• Try to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals — for example, if you deposited via bKash, withdraw to bKash as well.
• Transactions using third-party accounts or cards are not permitted. All transactions must be made through a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Taka BD does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. Charges from your mobile banking operator may still apply.
• Once a withdrawal request is received, bKash and Nagad transfers are typically processed within 5–30 minutes, while bank transfers take 1–24 hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory for large withdrawals made for the first time.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account will be temporarily restricted while an investigation is carried out.

If a deposit doesn't appear in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction ID. Without a transaction ID, we may not be able to process your complaint.

Taka BD offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Please read the specific terms for each offer carefully before opting in. General bonus policy is outlined below:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Funds become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• A wagering requirement means you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in total bets required.
• Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire after this period.
• Each welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets — the bonus may be voided and the account restricted.
• Taka BD reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Taka BD. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Placing bets or conducting transactions using bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Using multiple identities or accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's system for personal gain.
• Harassing or abusive behavior toward other members or staff.

If Taka BD determines that an account is in violation of its rules, it reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that account without prior notice. If no violation is found following investigation, the account will be reinstated.

• Information provided during registration is used solely for account management, KYC verification, and service improvement.
• Member personal data is not shared with third parties, though we may be legally required to disclose it to relevant authorities.

To request correction or deletion of your data, please contact our support team. Please note that certain information may be required to be retained for a specified period for legal compliance.
